Miniature Mirth Payment Plan Agreement

I believe everyone should have the chance to bring home a piece of miniature magic—even if timing isn’t quite right. That’s why I offer an interest-free payment plan on artwork priced over £100.

If you’ve fallen in love with a piece and would like to pay in installments, simply reach out via the contact form with the name of the artwork you’re interested in. I’ll be in touch to arrange a plan that suits you.

Reserving Your Artwork

  • Your chosen piece remains available for purchase until your first payment is received.
  • Once your initial payment is confirmed, the artwork will be reserved just for you, removed from the website, and lovingly packed for shipment.
  • Artwork will be shipped once the final payment has been received in full.

How It Works

  • Payment plans are typically spread over three consecutive months.
  • If you need a little more flexibility, I’m happy to discuss a slightly longer schedule.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer on the same day each month.
  • Please note: buyers are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees.

No Interest, No Hidden Fees

  • This is a completely interest-free plan.
  • Returning collectors may be eligible for alternative payment options—just ask!

Early Payments Welcome

  • If you’d like to complete your plan ahead of schedule, I’d love to hear from you. Just drop me an contact me so I can prepare your shipment.

Communication Is Key

  • Life happens! If you’re unable to make a payment on time, please contact me as soon as possible.
  • I’ll do my best to adjust the plan to fit your needs.
  • If I don’t hear from you within 10 consecutive days of a missed payment, the agreement may be cancelled.

Cancellation & Default Policy

Buyers who default will not be eligible for future payment plans.

Once your first payment is received, the agreement becomes binding and your artwork is taken off the market.

If a payment is missed, you’ll have 7 days to get in touch and make new arrangements.

If there’s no contact within 10 days, the plan will be cancelled and the artwork will be made available again.

In cases of nonpayment or lack of communication:

Your initial payment will be retained.

Any refund (if applicable) will be reduced by bank and currency conversion fees.
