- Payment details when purchasing artwork (Note: I never see your card or bank information directly. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers like SureCart, Stripe, or your bank.)
To assist with queries, complaints, or claims, I may also use:
- Your name and email address, so I can respond promptly and personally.
Where Your Information Comes From
All personal information is collected directly from you—either when you fill out the contact form or provide shipping details during checkout.
How Long Information Is Kept
Your information is kept only as long as needed to fulfill your order. Once your miniature has safely arrived, your contact details are discarded. I never store, sell, or share your personal data.
Children’s Data
Miniature Mirth is designed for adult collectors and is not intended for children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child’s data has been submitted in error, please contact me immediately so I can remove it.
